From the East Side:

Take 490 West to Exit 14 (Plymouth/Broad Street).  Go two blocks and turn right onto W. Broad Street. 

Go four blocks and turn left on Exchange Blvd.  Go two blocks (past Main Street) and turn right into the Rochester Plaza Hotel. 

Park in the parking lot of the Rochester Plaza Hotel and the First Federal Plaza is directly next to the Hotel.  The First Federal Plaza is a 21-story building with a large round disk on top. 

From the lobby of the First Federal Building, take an elevator to the 9th floor.

From the West Side:

Take 490 East to the North Plymouth Ave. Exit.  Turn right on North Plymouth Avenue. 

Go one block and take a left turn on Church Street.  Go four blocks and turn right onto State Street.

Go one block and turn left into the Rochester Plaza Hotel.
