How we bill
For commercial lawsuits, employment and labor defense, and employment counseling we charge competitive hourly rates. We will consider non-traditional fee arrangements such as contingency fees, fixed fees, capped fees, and success fees, in certain cases.
For personal injury and plaintiff employment discrimination cases, we will consult with you for free to determine if your case can be taken on a contingency fee basis. If we accept your case, you will not pay for our legal services until there is a recovery.
Monthly Retainer
Another alternative to hourly billing is our monthly retainer program. We have found from our years of counseling our business clients that a few minutes on the phone can often save thousands of dollars in lawsuit prevention.
The idea of the program is to lower the fee we charge our business clients for legal services, thereby making the price of picking up the phone and calling us more cost-affordable. Thus, you and others on your team are encouraged to be more proactive with legal questions in the area of employment and personnel consulting (such as hiring, terminations, promotions, demotions, discrimination, wage and hour issues, etc.) or general corporate and contract matters.
